INFORMATION ABOUT ENTRY TO LITHUANIA
As of 15 February, citizens of the Republic of Turkey as well as persons legally residing in Turkey can arrive in Lithuania without a special entry permit or requirement to meet the travel exemption criteria. Negative COVID-19 test will be required from those travellers who do not meet the following vaccination or recovery criteria: non-vaccinated, partially vaccinated, or those who received full vaccination less than 14 days ago; vaccinated with vaccines not recognized in the EU; were fully vaccinated more than 270 days ago and didn’t receive a booster dose; cannot provide a proof of having COVID-19 in the previous 180 days. Third country arrivals who do not meet the vaccination and recovery criteria valid in Lithuania are required to present to the carrier a negative result of a PCR test, taken within 72 hours before the trip, upon boarding a plane, bus, ferry, or other vehicle. Those traveling in a private vehicle may bring along a negative PCR test result or else will need to take a PCR or an antigen test upon arrival in Lithuania at their own cost; they will have to register for a test at a health care facility or a laboratory of their choice within 24 hours of their arrival.
