Consular services and fees
Payment is accepted by debit or credit card only (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro) at the Embassy.
Amount of consular fee can also be deposited to the bank account of the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania. The original bank receipt, stamped and signed by the bank employee, must be submitted to the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania.
Note: bank fees must be paid by the payer, not the Embassy.

- Visa waiver applicable to Turkish citizens
1. examination of applications for the issuance of Schengen visas to family members of citizens of the Republic of Lithuania and other Member States of the European Union or Member States of the European Free Trade Association;
2. processing of applications for Schengen visas for:
• children under 18 years;
• school pupils, students, postgraduate students and accompanying teachers who undertake stays for the purpose of study or educational training;
• researchers from third countries traveling for the purpose of carrying out scientific research as defined in Recommendation No 2005/761 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 September 2005 to facilitate the issue by the Member States of uniform short-stay all for researchers from third countries traveling within the Community for the purpose of carrying out scientific research;
• holders of diplomatic and service passports;
• representatives of non-profit organizations aged 25 years or less participating in seminars, conferences, sports, cultural or educational events organized by non-profit organizations.

4. applications for the issuance of National visas to researchers, who has a higher education qualification giving the right to participate in doctoral programs (PhD) or a doctoral degree and intends to carry out research and experimental development work under an employment contract concluded with a research and study institution.
5. applications for the issuance of National visas to persons of Lithuanian origin, as well as to persons who have retained the right to citizenship of the Republic of Lithuania and to persons who have the right to restore Lithuanian citizenship.
