LITHUANIA-TURKEY BUSINESS FORUM IN VILNIUS
Lithuanian Embassy in Turkey together with Honorary Consul of Lithuania in Bursa Berat Tunakan initiated Lithuania-Turkey business forum in Vilnius, which took place on June 27 in Vilnius.
Delegation of 90 businessmen from Bursa region, headed by İlhan Parseker the President of Bursa Chamber of Commerce attended the forum from Turkish side.International Chamber of Commerce “Lietuva” presented economical and judicial business environment in Lithuania. Bilateral meetings with Lithuanian businessmen were organised.
Turkish partners were interested in the cooperation in the sphere of construction and building, textile, machine equipment, wood and furniture, health care, tourism, agriculture and food production, electronics, telecommunications, chemical industry and others.
Bursa region, situated in the West part of Turkey is one of the most economically developed regions of Turkey, where machinery industry is one of the strongest in the country. 2,5 million people live in Bursa region.
