Lithuanian Ambassador in Incirlik

On May 29, 2019 Ambassador Audrius Bruzga and Honorary Consul Armagan Oner visited the Incirlik military base in Adana where they met with the Lithuanian servicemen deployed there as part of the NATO support to Turkey mission (NS2TUR).

The Lithuanian contingent has been deployed to Incirlik in support of the air defence capabilities of Turkey. Ambassador Bruzga and Honorary Consul Oner paid a courtecy call on the Incirlik Base Commander, Brig. Gen. Ismail Gunaydin, also on the US Wing Commander and the Spanish Patriot Unit Commander. The Ambassador reiterated the Lithuanian Government‘s continuous support to the NS2TUR mission in protecting the Southern borders of Turkey and NATO.
