PRESIDENT ADAMKUS CONVEYS CONDOLENCES TO PREZIDENT OF TURKEY

Friday, November 30, (Vilnius) – President of Lithuania Valdas Adamkus conveyed condolences to President of the Republic of Turkey Abdullah Gül on the tragic plane crash in the country.

“On behalf of myself and the people of Lithuania, I express my most sincere condolences to the families of the victims,” wrote the President in the letter of condolences.

President Adamkus wished the leader of Turkey and the people of his country strength and fortitude in this hour of grief.
