TRASPORT PROJECT „VIKING" DISCUSSED IN TRABZON

On January 24-25 Ambassador Darius Pranckevicius and Minister Counselor Ricardas Slepavicius visited Trabzon where they had been invited by Chamber of Commerce of Trabzon.
Lithuanian diplomats paid a visit to Mr. N. Okutan, the Governor of Trabzon region, Mr. M. Canalioglu, the mayor of Trabzon, Mr. M.Eren, Chairman of Chamber of Commerce. They also visited Trabzon Sea Port, where they explicitly presented the facility of combined transport train “Vikingas” to deliver goods from Turkey and the region to the Northern Europe.Darius Pranckevicius and Ricardas Slepavicius went to the St. Maria church and also met a leader of Trabzon Human Rights Association, who told the guests about the human rights situation in the region.
